Unplug and Go Outside

A dead laptop forced me to unplug and it was a welcome reprieve! With a new baby and preparing for our move to the most random spot on the map for us yet- Oklahoma City, I needed to look away from the screen. It’s so necessary sometimes and I don’t have the will power to step away from my digital world enough.

Jason went out to OKC before us and he would send photos of the apartment with a note “making a home”. It feels good to start our days together again and watch the sweetness between him and Lorea. The days are passing quickly here. It’s hot and seemingly ordinary. Just another fleeting glimpse into a pocket of America.
