Desert Gold

We are hitting the road tomorrow for good old Texas. Marfa has been on my radar for a few years but no matter where we are in the world, it feels so out of reach. We’re going to try our hardest to pass through the once ghost town en route to Austin. The soil at El Cosmico seems, well, cosmic so we plan on pitching a tent on the 18 acre plot of land this weekend. “El Cosmico is part vintage trailer, safari tent and teepee hotel and campground, part creative lab, greenhouse and amphitheatre – a community space that fosters and agitates artistic and intellectual exchange.”
